Job Description

  • Resolve IT Helpdesk issues.
  • Support staffs in multiple locations
  • Installation, setup, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, email, and the Internet.
  • Coordinate efforts with HR on IT related functions for new hires and terminations.
  • Assist in the modification and maintenance of the phone system.
  • Troubleshoot all phone related issues and follow up promptly.
  • Maintain authorization to network files/folders on servers as requested by users with proper manager s approval.
  • Assist with customer service manager and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Maintain Email Security System.
  • Update email filter whitelist and block list.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all printers.
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures for IT department.


Requirements

  • 3+ years in a help desk or IT support role
  • Degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, including, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols.
