Asst Manager - Customer Quality

Position: Lead Engineer Customer Quality (EMS Industry)

Job Responsibilities: The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing a key customer account from the Aerospace domain. The role includes overseeing the overall project assigned and involvement in the First Article Inspection (FAI) process. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring product inspection and readiness for customer source inspection sharing weekly Source Inspection plans and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally the engineer will be responsible for driving corrective and preventive actions as and when needed submission of 8D report for customerreported issues or source inspection rejections monitoring of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) Material Review Board (MRB) approvals and keeping the trackers updated. The engineer will also be responsible for process validations.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have around 68 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with a thorough understanding of Aerospace industry requirements. The candidate should also have knowledge of IPC standard for class 3 products and a thorough understanding of 8D problemsolving methodology. Having a Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have experience in the complete electronic card assembly process and box build processes.

Qualification: Engineering Degree / Diploma
