Overview:
The Programme Management Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation and management of various projects within the organization. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain handson experience in project management stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. The intern will work closely with experienced program managers contributing to the overall success of the projects and gaining valuable skills in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support project decisionmaking
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
- Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops
- Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations
- Contribute to risk management and issue resolution efforts
- Participate in stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of project management methodologies and principles
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
