Job Description

Confidential Search for a Client isseeking talented and analytical candidates with a finance or accounting experience to join the office as a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the companies financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organizations strategic goals.

This position will have the opportunity for creative problemsolving and change management to join in a highgrowth missiondriven organization.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper are outlined below:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Track expenses budget taxes cash flow receipts and other financial information.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable.
  • Monitor expense reporting.
  • Work with the financial controller to advise the president and other key members of management on financial budgeting cash flow investment priorities operations and other matters.
  • Provide analytical support to companies internal management team.
  • Maintain continuous lines of communication keeping the president informed of all critical issues that may require his attention.
  • Overseeing key financial performance indicators.
  • Review and approve preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial reporting

materials and metrics.

  • Oversee budgeting financial forecasting and cash flow for administration existing initiatives and proposed new sites/locations.
  • Coordinate audit activities.
  • Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies internal controls accounting.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented.
  • Bookkeeping Experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Excel and strong knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to adapt to an evolving organization and shifting priorities
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across the agency and multiple disciplines.
  • Effective time management: ability to delegate effectively and set standards for activity management.
