Decklaration is a design and software development company that specializes in product discovery and development. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our sales team as the navigator of our Sales Team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and qualification efforts ensuring a steady flow of highquality leads for our technical team to engage and convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients within the target market.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends key competitors and potential growth opportunities.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques including online marketing networking prospecting and social selling to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their fit with our services understanding their requirements and determining their potential for conversion into customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the juniorlevel resource to allocate and coordinate lead generation activities ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate lead generation performance metrics making datadriven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the technical team to transfer qualified leads providing necessary context and information to facilitate smooth handover.
  • Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and emerging sales techniques to enhance personal and team performance.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 56 Years of proven experience in lead generation and qualification preferably in a software servicesbased company.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data track performance metrics and make datadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with the software services sales lifecycle in the US would be a huge plus.
