Tasks

What youll be doing

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
  • You can put yourself in our customers shoes analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
  • Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone email chat and social media
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Becoming an expert on all things New Balance
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

What skills & experience youll bring to us

  • A fluent level of English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • High level of French or Spanish is a plus (nonexclusionary)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving

Benefits

What do we offer

  • Start date: 21st of March 2024
  • Contract: Temporary (3month contract with the view to be extended to a permanent contract)
  • Parttime: 35 hours/week
  • Working days/hours: Afternoon rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 3pm to 12am 2 weekends off per month guaranteed / 2 days off in a row during the week when weekends are worked
  • Salary: 16153.84 gross per year
  • Holidays: 2 holidays accrued per calendar month
  • Paid bank holidays 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days per month / or for client visits / Training / the rest working from home
  • Training: 8 Days of FullTime paid training from the office (MonFri) 10:00 am 19:00 pm
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
