Your role and goals

At Productsup were passionate about product data and providing digital marketers the leading solution to save time increase visibility and be in control.

We are looking for Channel Content Writers and Developers to document and develop content for our retail and marketplace channels (such as eBay Flipkart Amazon Google Walmart and more)

In your first 3 months you will:

• Become knowledgeable on the Productsup platform
• Understand different teams that are consuming the content such as clients marketing and sales and understand their requirements for content
• Develop plans to document content technical specifications features and functionality of different marketplace channels and products:
• Work closely with the channel integration team to understand and map the content requirements of our channels with marketplace partners like Google Facebook Amazon or Walmart.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Develop appealing content that can explain the technology user and developer guides as well as help market the content to clients sales and marketing teams and partners.
• Automate the creation of new content and digital content management
• Develop the channels according to the specifications and test them

What you bring to the team

• 13 years professional experience in Coding/Client facing roles.
• A profound understanding of consumer technology and/or the digital advertising space
• Experience working with stakeholders from different global regions and departments and translate their requirements into documentation
• Proven ability to understand technology specifications and translate them into content
• Excellent command of English and writing skills with ability to translate content for different end audience
• Knowledge of content development tools and platforms such as JIRA and Confluence and others
