• Userresearch; conduct usercalling surveys field visits this will include traveling to various states across the country
• Market Research; conduct thorough market research to understand the latest trends in UX gamification design thinking etc
• Create engaging intuitive and visually appealing UX and UI designs that balance aesthetics with usability and accessibility (including typography layout color theory and composition)
• Driving prototyping and usertesting of designs collecting feedback and iterating on design basis user feedback
• Prepare detailed design documentation that clearly communicate design ideas and specifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design software
• Ability to think independently and nonlinearly; and come up with creative solutions to challenging and novel problems
• Ability to display high ownership and thrive in an ambiguous and fastpaced startup environment
• Ability to empathize with users and design for marginalized groups lowincome families and children
• Experience with creating and implementing design systems and style guides
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including product managers and developers
