Job Description
Role: Tech Lead Frontend (React)
Location: India Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)
Minimum Qualification: B. Tech. (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
Indicative Experience: 8 Years
Domain: Preferably in life sciences / pharma.
Customer Profile: Captive research and development pods for a $500 million group of pharma data research companies that help patients gain access to lifesaving therapies. We help our clients navigate the complexities at each step of the drug development life cycle from pipeline to patient.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced senior frontend developer with not less than 5 years of experience working with React to join our development team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front end of our web applications ensuring highquality code and providing technical guidance to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the front end of our web applications using React
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user interfaces and application features
- Write highquality reusable and maintainable code
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay uptodate with the latest web development trends and technologies
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Debug and fix defects reported by users
Mandatory Skill Set:
Min. 8 years of experience in frontend development using React
Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript
Experience working with Redux React Hooks and other popular React libraries
Familiarity with backend technologies such as FastAPI and REST APIs
Experience with Git Agile development methodologies and continuous integration and delivery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ElasticSearch or NoSQL (MongoDB) and Python is a plus
