Role: Deputy Manager CRM (Female)
Industry: Real Estate Residential (Luxury Segment)
Location: Khar West. (Head Office)
Budget: Upto 8 LPA
Role and Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients efficiently and accurately as part of defined on boarding process.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to track and monitor booking
Build and maintain strong client relationships and become the single point of escalation for the client.
KYC understand client workflows and assist with addressing pain points
Maintain accurate client records and ensure meeting notes takeaways market intelligence and feedback are entered on the CRM.
Work closely with Sales and project in the analysis interpretation and resolution of client issues.
Inform clients of relevant research new product developments or updates.
Produce adhoc reports
Participate in company events and conferences where required.
Participate to internal projects if and when required.
Deliver appropriate customer engagement
Provide client feedback to seniors
Maintain log of issues escalate unresolved queries and followup with relevant departments for issues resolution.
Collections and sending out payment letters to clients & coordinating with finance team for the same.
Required candidate profile:
Min 3 years exp. in CRM team (Preferably Female & Hospitality background is an added advantage)
Must have experience in collections of receivables
Should be good in Excel and word
Excellent communication & coordination
