1. Required Experience
Total experience (Year wise) : 04 years
Experience Work wise in capacity of : Company Law FEMA IBC
Preferred Industry/ Company : CS Firm having listed clients / listed Company
2. Key Job Responsibilities:
Development of Companies Act module
Managing the secretarial compliances of the Taxmann group
Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and their presentation in a simplified manner
Editing of writeups prepared by authors
Analyzing the recent case laws circulars and notifications
Assisting the editors to make necessary changes in Company Law/FEMA/Securities Law/ IBC/ Competition Acts Rules and Notifications
Assisting in developing tools/calculators under the Companies Act 2013 FEMA
3. Essential Skills required (Please tick):
