**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences through thoughtful and usercentric design solutions. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create visually stunning and functional interfaces across our digital platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar software.
Understanding of usercentered design principles and usability standards.
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to crossfunctional teams.
Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field preferred.
**Preferred Skills:**
Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Experience designing responsive and mobilefirst interfaces.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
