Job Description
Company Overview:
The 1% Club is a membersonly club for highly driven individuals who aspire to achieve financial independence and retire early. It provides valuable insights resources and exclusive opportunities to learn network and collaborate with likeminded individuals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend components using React and React.js ensuring a seamless user experience and responsive design.
Design implement and maintain serverside applications APIs and databases to support the overall architecture of web applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from ideation and planning through to deployment and maintenance.
Work with modern development tools version control systems and continuous integration/delivery pipelines to streamline the development process.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance to deliver highquality and scalable software solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies recommending and implementing best practices.
Actively participate in code reviews knowledge sharing and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Take ownership of projects demonstrating a proactive and resultsdriven approach to deliver on time and within scope.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements inherent in a startup environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React and React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related frontend technologies.
Solid understanding of backend technologies including Node.js Express and databases like MongoDB or SQL.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and modern development workflows.
Previous experience working in a startup environment demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
