Job Description

Company Overview:
Telamon HR Solutions operates in the software industry providing innovative solutions for companies in India and abroad.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive SaaS product sales in Mumbai
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with customers in West and South India
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas performing in the top 1020% of the company
  • Effectively handle and close complex sales cycles
  • Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and negotiations with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and generate revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team

Candidate Qualifications:
A graduate degree is required for this position.

Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous sales methodology training preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
