Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to refine product offerings and messaging based on customer insights ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
Devise and execute strategies to build direct relationships with customers. Create and manage email and WhatsApp lists and design automated workflows to engage and nurture leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized and impactful campaigns that align with customer personas and pain points.
Monitor and analyze customer engagement data to iterate on strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Detailoriented with a creative mindset to devise innovative solutions.
Basic understanding of research methodologies
Familiarity with the home furnishings industry or ecommerce is a plus.
