Job Description
Position: Kronos Technical Consultant
Experience: 2 to 9 Years
Job: Full Time
Location: Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Coimbatore
Salary: Negotiable
Notice: 015 days Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in endtoend implementation projects of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies ensuring successful configuration integration and user adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements analyze business processes and design solutions that align with their workforce management objectives.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central 8.1 in a Private Cloud environment.
- Customize Kronos Dimensions for clients aligning it with their workforce management needs.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Kronos solutions including WFC and Dimensions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring system stability and performance.
- Provide handson expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) configuration including accrual configurations timekeeping scheduling and leave management.
- Develop custom modules reports and integrations to meet specific client needs.
- Ensure seamless integration between Kronos solutions and other systems within the clients IT ecosystem.
- Oversee Kronos system upgrades ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Regularly maintain and optimize Kronos solutions to enhance performance and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Kronos and related technologies providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication proactive problem solving and delivering valuedriven solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement of processes tools and methodologies related to workforce management and integration.
Key Skills:
Extensive experience (typically 13 years) working with Kronos solutions including Kronos Workforce Central 8.1 and Kronos Dimensions.
Proven experience with Kronos implementation configuration customization and integration.
Strong technical skills in database management scripting and system administration.
Relevant Kronos certifications are a plus.
