Job Description
INDUSTRY: Real Estate
ROLE: Presales Executive / TL Presales
QUALIFICATION: Min. HSC
EXPERIENCE: Min. 12 Years on relevant experience
SALARY: 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA Weekly Cash Incentives payout
LOCATION: Prabhadevi (Mumbai)
TIMINGS: 10am to 7pm. (Weekday OFF)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend inbound calls received from outdoor campaigns handle customer queries and brief the customers on project USPs thoroughly and generate higher walkins from all the leads received through various campaigns/platforms
Responsible for generating sales by calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
Generate leads from cold calling using a database and update necessary information in the system.
Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers and understanding the requirement and offering necessary solutions accordingly
