Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and handson leader to spearhead our outbound sales and demand generation efforts. If you are an experienced sales professional with a talent for cold calling crafting engaging emails and leading highperforming teams we want to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Outbound Sales Initiatives: Take charge of outbound sales efforts actively engaging in cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn communication.
- Team Leadership: Mentor coach and manage a team of outbound specialists to meet sales targets and generate qualified leads.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling prospecting campaigns aligned with our offerings.
- Market Insights: Identify market trends and insights to refine sales messaging and strategy.
- Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination with the sales team for successful lead handoffs.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitors to drive sales innovation.
- Networking: Participate in industry events and engage in virtual meetings to establish and nurture relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12 years of handson experience in outbound sales and business development with a proven ability to both perform the job and lead a team.
- SaaS Experience: Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) is essential.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving sales growth.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.Tech./B.E.) or equivalent.

- Location: US
- Working Hours: As per the US time zone 5 pm to 2 am IST Monday to Friday.
