Role and Responsibilities:
As a Manager/Senior Manager for Talent and Rewards at 4thpointer you will be responsible for ensuring the ontime compensation revision process administering the annual compensation revision budget and designing pay structures for various job families. You will partner with HRBPs to review and make recommendations for compensation competitiveness develop and implement pay strategies and oversee headcount and personnel cost planning. Additionally you will prepare compensation analysis provide solutions to businessspecific scenarios develop employee retention strategies and manage the employee promotion process.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for Premier college MBA graduates from the yearsand 2022 with 13 years of experience.
