Site Civil engineer

1. Structural Design and Analysis:

• Collaborate with structural engineers to design and analyze the structural components of highrise buildings ensuring they meet safety and code requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the structural integrity of proposed designs.

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Lead the planning and coordination of highrise construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations for highrise structures.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

1. Construction Oversight:

• Supervise and manage construction activities including foundation work vertical construction and interior finishing.
• Monitor the construction schedule and budget making adjustments as needed to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure the construction meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address potential issues.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks associated with highrise construction and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Address unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction to minimize project delays.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

1. Safety Management:

• Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of construction personnel and the public.
• Conduct safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in highrise building construction projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
