Role Overview:
As a Freelance Recruiter with Career Elevators you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for our clients you will be the sole owner of
candidate sourcing evaluation and placement. This is a remote projectbased position where you will have the autonomy to manage your recruitment projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct endtoend recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize various channels and platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and the internal team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Recruiter either in a freelance or fulltime capacity.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with various job boards social media and professional networks.
Previous experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
Payout Structure:
Recruiters will be compensated based on a percentage (11.5%) of the fixed CTC of successfully placed candidates. In some projects a fixed amount may be offered and recruiters will be notified beforehand about the payout structure.
