Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating project activities ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with team members to track project progress.
- Help maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and status reports.
- Contribute to the creation of project plans and timelines.
- Assist in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Attend and document project meetings ensuring followup on action items.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support the project manager in ensuring the project stays on track.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
- Assist in fostering a collaborative and productive project environment.
- Gain exposure to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Assist in identifying and resolving projectrelated issues.
- Contribute to finding innovative solutions to project challenges.
- Support the implementation of quality control processes for project deliverables.
- Participate in project reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Project Management Business or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail in project documentation and coordination.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different project environments.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a desire to contribute to project success.
