Job Description
INDUSTRY: Real Estate
ROLE: Jr. Engineer Civil
QUALIFICATION: B. Tech /B.E. in Civil.
EXPERIENCE: 35 years of relevant Real Estate exp. in Residential / commercial building construction.
SALARY: 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA
LOCATION: Neral Site
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Study building and infrastructure plans and drawings for the project.
Supervise the onsite contractor s team ensuring the building quality standards are being followed.
Preparation of BBS.
Preparation of Check list for work activities.
Work in line with health and safety guidelines at all times.
Prepare project reports to seniors.
