Job Description
INDUSTRY: Real Estate
ROLE: Planning Engineer Civil
QUALIFICATION: B. Tech/B.E. in Civil. Construction Management from NICMAR is must.
EXPERIENCE: 710 years of relevant Real Estate/Large Construction house experience in Project Management and site works which
includes minimum 5 years in project control of medium/large projects and planning.
SALARY: 6 LPA to 9 LPA
LOCATION: Head Office Prabhadevi
Job Profile
Proactively interface with Heard of Engineering to setup the overall project management framework for the projects. Responsible for preparing and monitoring the weekly & Monthly Plan for the projects. Responsible for preparing and monitoring of Construction Spend for the Financial Year.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop logically linked resource and cost loaded baseline schedule and monitoring of the same.
Provide construction related inputs to the team in preparing the project execution strategy
Review and advice on the project master logistic plan.
Review the updated construction schedules/reports & prepare weekly MIS reports
Conduct site visits weekly and issue key variance/ proposed action plan in coordination with PM.
Review & approve the payment & interim milestone details monthly
Review the status of preconstruction deliverables (Design Procurement DCU Liaison) and arrange meeting with the department heads monthly in case of major deviation and decide the wayforward
