We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced integration architect. As the Integration Architect you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in designing advising and shaping integration strategies tooling guidelines or consolidation across our business applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and guide the integration architecture to ensure efficient and seamless data flow between various systems and applications.

Integration sits at the heart of our vision to help consolidate applications and streamline the flow of data. You will be required to ensure the integration strategy meets our product needs and requirements.

Integration Architecture and Design:

o Develop integration strategies and architectural frameworks to meet business objectives and align with technology standards.

o Design scalable and robust integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between systems.

o Define integration patterns protocols and APIs to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.

o Assess existing systems and propose enhancements or modifications to optimize integration capabilities.

Integration Solution Shaping:

o Shape the implementation of integration solutions using industrystandard integration patterns and best practices.

o Collaborate with other members of IT and partners to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Advise and influence integration middleware thinking APIs and connectors to facilitate smooth connectivity between systems.

o Fix integration design issues ensuring high availability and performance of integration solutions.

o Develop Integration Roadmaps that align to product strategy for tech next 35 years

Technical Leadership and Collaboration:

o Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration development team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

o Mentor and coach peers supporting their professional growth and development.

o Collaborate with multifunctional teams including business partners product owner and infrastructure teams to ensure successful integration delivery.

o Integration Governance and Best Practices:

o Establish integration frameworks standards and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across integration projects.

o Define and enforce security measures and data privacy standards for integration solutions.

o Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and trends in integration architecture and recommend their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science information technology or a related field.

Demonstrable experience (5 years) in designing and implementing complex integration solutions preferably in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in integration patterns protocols and technologies such as APIs REST GRAPHQL ETL messaging queues etc.

Handson experience with integration platforms and tools preferably Boomi or equivalent technologies (Mulesoft Tibco SAP CPI/PO AWS EventBridge SNS/SQS etc..).

Indepth knowledge of cloudbased integration architectures (AWS preferred) and microservices architectures.

Familiarity with enterprise systems (Oracle Netsuite Dayforce Active Directory etc..) databases and enterprise application integration (principles policies and patterns).

Strong leadership abilities with experience in guiding and collaborating with technical experts.

exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical partners.

Either have one or more professional IT qualifications such as TOGAF ArchiMate Enterprise and Solution Architecture (BCS) Certified Solutions Architect (AWS or Azure) Integration Vendor Certified (Boomi MuleSoft IBM Oracle etc..)

Knowledge and experience of EA tools. (LeanIX Orbus Mega SparxEA etc..)
