Job Description
Inspection of Raw Material received from vendors
1 Develop and implement appropriate quality control procedures for raw materials received
from vendors
2 Collaborate with procurement team to determine quality benchmarks/checklist for materials
used in production
3 Conduct quality check of incoming raw material as per the QC list and coordinate with the
Stock and Vendor Manager accordingly
InProcess Quality Check
1 Conduct quality checks at all stages of manufacturing thereby ensuring adherence to design
specifications and quality standards.
2 Implement corrective actions to address any issues identified during the production process
Inspection before Packing
1 Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to guarantee they meet the highest
quality standards before packing and dispatching
Packing and Dispatching
1 Lead the packing team in developing and executing efficient and secure packing procedures
2
2 Ensure proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations
Process Improvement
1 Contribute towards process optimization throughout the entire manufacturing and dispatch
cycle
Documentation and Reporting
1 Maintain accurate records of quality checks at each stage of production packing procedures
and shipping details
2 Generate regular reports on quality metrics production efficiency and packing quality
