Overview:
The US Bench Sales IT Recruiter is a vital role within our organization responsible for sourcing and placing candidates on bench through effective sales and recruitment strategies in OPT/CPT hiring. The incumbent plays a crucial part in maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and fostering relationships with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential candidates on bench sales for IT projects
- Utilize bench sales techniques to market candidates to potential clients
- Manage the OPT/CPT endtoend recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers to understand their bench requirements
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media and networking to attract potential candidates
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to align candidate submissions with client requirements
- Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance requirements during the recruitment process
- Conduct regular followups with placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate smooth transitions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Sciences & Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as a US Bench Sales Recruiter preferably in the US IT industry
- Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies in demand
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
