Codasyncs is hiring Solution Architect Industrial Automation on behalf of Winworth Eletech Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibility of Solution Architect Industrial Automation includes:

• Thoroughly analyze client requirements including functional specifications technical constraints and budgetary considerations.
• Gather detailed information about existing systems process flows and operational procedures.
• Identify and document critical project requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive technical solutions that meet the specific needs and objectives of each project.
• Design and specify automation panels incorporating appropriate hardware software and communication protocols.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings schematics and documentation to ensure clear understanding of the proposed solution.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial documents including project proposals bills of materials and technical specifications.
• Conduct costbenefit analyses to optimize project costs and maximize value for clients.
• Negotiate project contracts with clients ensuring alignment on pricing terms and deliverables.
• Provide technical support to clients during project implementation and beyond.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including user manuals maintenance guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and endusers to ensure proper understanding and operation of the implemented solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industrial automation principles technologies and trends.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market developments to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Attend industry conferences workshops and training programs to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Automation or a related field.
• Proficient in using engineering design software and project management tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering or project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong technical problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
