Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Business Development Manager Cloud Sales is a critical role within the organization responsible for
driving new business opportunities and expanding the companys market presence in cloud solutions. This role will play a key part in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cloud sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in the industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and gotomarket strategies.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the cloud sales industry.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in cloud sales with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive growth.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to identify business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software to track and report on sales activities.
