Mongo DB Postgresql Database Intern

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in database installation configuration and maintenance for MongoDB and PostgreSQL systems.
• Develop data models and database designs in collaboration with senior team members.
• Write and optimize complex SQL and NoSQL queries to ensure efficient performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance including query tuning and indexing.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate backend services with databases.
• Assist in data migration transformation and scripting tasks as needed.
• Contribute to the implementation of security and data protection measures.
• Document database processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new database technologies.
• Support the resolution of databaserelated incidents and problems.
• Assist in backup and recovery processes and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL and NoSQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of database security backup and recovery processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python Java or JavaScript.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results.
