Overview:
As a telecaller working from home you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining communication with potential and existing customers. Your work is vital to the organizations outreach and customer service efforts as you will be the first point of contact for many customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Receive inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries or complaints
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers
- Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets
- Input and update customer information in the database
- Participate in training and workshops to improve skills
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Good understanding of telemarketing and customer service principles
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong phone and cold calling skills
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
- Problemsolving skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing environment is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
