Job Title

PLC Engineer

Job Description

  • Analyse performance of system, processes and maintenance activities on site, make report, system performance, evaluate result and improve system.
  • Proactively locate improvement opportunities in operational process.
  • System performance evaluation and improvement as determined in the service contract.
  • Analysing the system performance, possible issue can be detected before causing delay or down time, increased system efficiency and maximized flow.
  • Monitor system tracking performance.
  • Improvement of work processes calls for attention continuously.
  • Keeps in close contact with operation department.
  • Education level Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Basic knowledge in electrical / electronics.
  • Experience with analyzing process flows
  • Process oriented
  • With strong analytical capability
  • Advance knowledge in TAI portal (siemens)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as (PLC Engr)
  • Preferred experience on Vanderlande FSC
  • Preferred experience on Vanderlande sorter
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in TAI portal software.
  • Team builder
  • Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language
  • Proper communicative capabilities
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of system software.
  • Improve system performance.
  • Maintain all site hardware and software.
  • Contact point with headquarter HLC departments and control support.
  • Performance communication internally (and with customer)
  • Locating improvement opportunities
  • Monitor hardware, software, controls performance.
  • Solve LLC/HLC problems.
  • Maintain and archive releases, versions and updates.
  • Implement software monitoring.
  • Frist line support for the hotline.
  • Commits to and drives performance improvement.
  • Manages team at level 30-40, performing a variety of interrelated activities.
  • System monitoring progress and quality. Methodologically analysing and improving system processes.
