Overview: This position will give you an unparalleled opportunity to understand the inner workings of an edtech organization and lead a diverse team of passionate energetic and optimistic folks with a shared ambition of transforming India s education system at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Participating in technical design
- Creating and executing roadmap
- Measuring the team performance and setting clear expectations and goals
- Partnering with leadership to influence and drive contribution and prioritization
- Monitoring the progress identifying issues and implementing corrective measures.
Key Activities
- Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Supports and fosters an environment where questions are never discouraged and collaboration is rewarded
- Innovative thinking and curiosity
- Encourages continuous learning and application of the latest technologies.
- Working effectively with your team cross functional partners and stakeholders to define strategy and achieve optimal outcomes
Critical Factors for Success
- Proven work experience as a technical manager or similar role
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of software engineering work experience
- Working knowledge of tools methods and concepts of software management
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in in Azure/ AWS NoSQL or any cloud platforms
- NodeJS Typescript GraphQL SQL knowledge.
