Job Description
ROLE: GRE (Guest Relationship Executive) Female candidate only
Industry: Real Estate
Company: Mumbais Top real estate developer with high end luxury project
Location: Thane Mumbai
Budget: Upto 6 Lacs p.a.
Experience: Min 1 year of relevant experience
Age: 2035 years
Preferred industries: Hospitality Aviation Real Estate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant experience and direct guests to concerned people.
Greeting clients as they arrive coordinating with respective people for the tour.
Engaging guests & informing them about the project amenities and facilities.
Expected flair for communication with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Provide upscale guest experiences for clients.
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
Monitoring daily updates from Sales
Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
Coordinate Inventory (Pantry and Brochures)
Give accurate feedback to the Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
Ensure special guests receive personalized attention.
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
