Senior Engineer Chief of Staff to CTO
Location: Bengaluru

Title: Senior Engineer Chief of Staff to CTO
Locations: Bangalore
Overview: In this position you will work directly with the CTO positioning yourself for a path towards
executive leadership. You will have the opportunity to influence the technological trajectory of a
fastgrowing enterprise with significant social impact and gain exposure across multiple disciplines
within the tech sphere enhancing your versatility as a tech leader.
Key responsibilities
- Architect endtoend solutions across backend frontend and data science operations.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Lead crossfunctional projects and drive highlevel strategic decisions.
- Analyse system requirements and delegate tasks to engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and the CTO ensuring alignment with the companys technological vision

- Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Supports and fosters an environment where questions are never discouraged and collaboration is rewarded
- Innovative thinking and curiosity
- Encourages continuous learning and application of the latest technologies.
Critical Factors for Success
- A strong technical & entrepreneural background with qualifications in software engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities including multitasking and time management.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
- Prior experience in a startup or dynamic business setting as an entrepreneur in residence or chief of staff.
- Experience with leadingedge tech like AI/ML big data and scalable cloud solutions. A track
- record of successful technical project management and solution delivery.
