Job Description
1. Business Development: Design and implement strategy for strengthening capacity building training/awareness related activities for Ewaste
2. Resource management : Collaborate with crossfunctional support teams and appropriate stakeholders in planning monitoring and implementation for all capacity building activities are seamless and remain on time.
3. Process improvement: Periodic process review with reporting manager on the following training SOPs project budget utilization project timeline. Assess strengths weaknesses of project implementation and provide process improvement suggestions to reporting Manager.
4.Audits: Establish audit template and execute audits (recycler and collection centers) PanIndia
5.Research & Field work: Establish process and framework for primary data collection related to Local context Institutions Local regulations and existing infrastructure as per project scope. Mapping and engagement with: Stakeholders (Educational institutions Corporate NGOs ULBs) Authorized end destinations for recycling and end of life solutions and logistics partner
6.Data capture : Accurate data capture( esp. capacity building trainings) and ensure all documentation is compliant as per SOP and updated on Zoho in a timely manner. Monitor and assist the entrepreneur in maintaining Proof of Execution documents (POEs) (Invoice material photo truck picture DC weighbridge receipt LR and Eway bill) as per requirements.Supervise the project leader/ entrepreneur in maintaining all log books
7.Health & Safety:Oversee Health & Safety standards at entrepreneur locations as per guidelines of Ewaste Management and Implementation of 5S SOP.
8.Project management / Coordination : Coordinate along with the reporting manager end to end projects from project planning to execution within allocated budgets.Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed organized and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable date. Maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones. Daily monitor to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. Report project outcomes and/or challenges to reporting manager as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. Act as a point of communication between SZW teams and external resources.Deepen partnerships with outside resources including vendors local body authorities service fee clients etc.
9. Capacity building / Awareness: Plan and execute training/awareness sessions to be given to different stakeholders (corporate ULBs educational institutions industries). Topics will include awareness responsibility of consumers and Ewaste management rules 2022). Preparation of collaterals and banners as per requirement
