Technical Solutions Specialist

As a Technical Solutions Specialist youll play a vital role in supporting our ecosystem contributors and partners. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing community inquiries enhancing protocol functionalities and fostering collaborative efforts to drive platform growth.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of technical challenges utilizing collaboration and troubleshooting methodologies across teams.

Conduct research and develop proof of concepts to validate solutions accompanied by clear technical documentation for community understanding.

Architect and maintain a scalable framework for assessing clients technical requirements and capabilities.

Define optimal integration architectures to facilitate community and thirdparty collaborations.

Act as a key decisionmaker for protocol and ecosystem enhancement proposals.

Engage in research collaborative brainstorming and technical integration guidance.

Provide constructive feedback to protocol contributors and developers based on community feedback.

Contribute to developer documentation tooling and developer relations.

Offer technical support to key partners.

Requirements:

Musthave:

Based in Europe the Middle East or Asia.

Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.

Proficiency in Python JavaScript or Go programming languages.

Familiarity with APIs and Websockets.

Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to nontechnical audiences.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable with remote work and working independently within a global team.

Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and tackle challenging problems.

Nice to have:

Contributions to opensource software and familiarity with GitHub.

Experience with Linux Shell scripting and integration tasks.

Knowledge of DeFi DAOs and Cosmos SDK.

Familiarity with trading concepts.
