Sales Coordinator - Nungambakkam

Responsibilities

Lead Generation

o Conduct research to identify potential franchise leads

o Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns attending industry events and networking

o Qualify leads by assessing their financial resources business experience and commitment to BurgerMans brand values

Process

o Prepare and distribute franchise information packages

o Schedule and conduct initial meetings and followup calls with potential franchisees.

o Manage the flow of communication and documentation throughout the sales process.

o Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators

Administrative Tasks & Record Maintenance

o Manage the franchise sales calendar and schedule appointments.

o Prepare reports and presentations for Franchise Sales Manager.

o Maintain and update franchise sales database.

o Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

o Maintain accurate records of all franchisee interactions and documents.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.

Experience with lead generation and qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Passion for the BurgerMan brand and franchise business model

Excellent customer service skills
