  • Shop Floor Bird farm
  • Common Tools
  • Production Line
  • Forward Backward Forward & Backward scheduling by Positions Sections and Manufacturing Stations
  • Scheduling multiple Models on a single Production Line
  • Out the Door (OTD)
  • Entry into Service (EIS)
  • Scheduling Spares/MRO on the same line as Production
  • Multiple lines in multiple plants
  • Refiring of schedule

• SAP functionality:
  • Final Assembly/Complex Manufacturing
  • Parameter Effectivity
  • Project Systems Logistics functionality (Network Reference Pointers BoMPS Explosion)
  • Flat MBoM with Installation Part (MPS Part) Reference Pointers Phantom (Boeing ACC or ACCP)
  • Effectivity Sales Order for End Item
  • MRP (understanding of how to run in simulation)
  • Capacity Planning
  • STO to handle Program across multiple plants
