Job Description
Technical assistance:
- Perform ‘Greet and Meet’ activities (attending flight transits) at Entry Into Service (EIS) of a new A/C type within a customer. This activity implies to liaise with the customer Line Maintenance engineers and/or MCC. Help and assist Line Maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and maintain A/C.
- Assist the airline with aircraft on ground (AOG) and incidents inquiries.
- Transfer technical expertise to Line Maintenance and Engineering dept.
- Assist the airline with technical inquiries by identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions to problems or questions raised by different actors – MCC, line maintenance, hangar, engineering, material, Flight Operation engineers.
