Maintain highlevel communication within thedepartment and implement policies and SOPs. Lead Outlet Managers toenhance their respective outlets through effective strategies andregular training. Stay informed about local market competitionindustry trends and benchmark with competitors. Conduct qualitycontrol functions to ensure a consistent high quality of allF&B services. Collaborate with Chefs to create innovativeand marketable menus. Handle guest complaints comments and requestsprofessionally and efficiently. Perform Duty Manager shifts/taskswhen required and carry out other duties assigned by theManagement. Requirements Your Qualifications: Bachelors Degreein Hospitality Management Culinary Arts Business or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Director of Food& Beverage in a fivestar or luxury hospitality setting. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office programs including Excel Word PowerPoint andOutlook. Indepth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends andbest practices. Strong leadership skills.
