Team lead SAP BPM

Tasks

• Responsible and disciplinary management of the SAP Project Management Business Process Management (SAP BPM) team.
• Ensuring standardized international processes based on the SAP template.
• Central contact person for new requirements or changes to existing SAP processes.
• Supporting international SAP rollouts with standardized company processes.
• Active stakeholder management with the companywide business and specialist departments.
• Coordination of tasks within the SAP BPM team and resource planning including prioritization of tasks.
• Building and motivating a network of experienced experts to make strategic decisions.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science business informatics or business administration or alternatively have many years of practical experience in a corresponding environment.
• You have excellent knowledge of relevant project management methods.
• You have already gained international project experience.
• You are quick on the uptake and have a strong analytical and structured way of thinking.
• You are willing to travel internationally (20%) and are fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).
