Job Description

AtPikolinos USA Corp. we are looking for a new talent to add to our Customer Experience team as a Representative for our ECommerce Customers.

As a Customer Experience Representative your mission will be to advise and support our clients with any questions regarding their purchase process warranty claims or returns. You will be the first point of contact so it is important to answer phones or emails with respect and take initiate to handle customers with care.

For this your main functions will be:

  • Manage phone calls offering an effective solution about technical or quality issues like status of an order warranty procedure and/or return policy.
  • Engage with customers via product review comments emails phone to resolve their requests for information issues with their orders or other feedback.
  • Manage and track orders made and resolve incidents or requests ensuring optimal customer service with internal departments and/or consumer.
  • Promote phone sales and assist customers with product knowledge.
  • Ensure that we are always providing customers with an adequate resolution no matter the situation.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance of shipping process.
  • Ensure EDI documents are processed correctly.

We want to know you if:

  • You have experience in a similar position.
  • You can have a written and oral conversation fluently in English and Spanish.
  • You know how to detect the customers needs and advise them during the purchase process.
  • Candidate must have experience working in an office environment and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized able to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook Word and excel).
