Job Title: Sales Progressor
Location: Edgbaston
Salary: £21000 £26000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required Minimum of 1 years experience working in Estate Agency

A marketleading award winning and established estate agency based in Edgbaston is looking for an enthusiastic individual with current experience working for an estate and lettings agency in UK. The ideal candidate will work within the sales department. There will be a mixture of tasks involved in the role assisting with all departments in both the Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston branches.

Job Role (in brief)

• Residential sales progression
• New homes sales progression
• Sales viewings when required
• Answering the phone
• Assisting and covering staff when required

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in for an estate agency
• Proficient on property technology and property management/estate agency software
• Good general knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston areas
• Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members
• Ability to work on your own effectively
• Smart proactive enthusiastic and confident when in an office and public environment
• Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
• Competent with MS Office outlook and property management software
• Excellent telephone manner
• Competent representing the company with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work
• Must have a car and clean driver’s license

Salary and Benefits

• Good starting salary of £21000 to £26000 depending on experience .

Hours:

9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday’s 9.0016.00 (Saturday hours may change in order to be competitive in the market)
