TOP MARKET LEADING AGENT
Position: Lister / Valuer
Location: Worsley
Basic Salary: £25000 £28000 D.O.E
On Target Earnings: £40000 (Chaching!)
Imagine starting your day by grabbing that ohsonecessary coffee and exchanging updates with your crew at our daily morning meetings. It's like the daily standup but with caffeine!
Our customers experience begins with YOU! Whether we're helping folks buy or sell their humble abodes your job is to make them feel like real VIPs from the getgo.
You'll be the master of sealing deals negotiating offers and keeping things moving smoothly. Plus you get to hunt down new leads and drum up fresh business like a pro!
Sure there will be time in the office but if you're the type who loves a bit of adventure hitting the road for valuations or searching for homes on the market with the dreaded competition will be the cherry on top of your job sundae!
The Person – Valuer/ Property Maestro
Got a knack for turning valuations into sweet listings Check.
Drive determination and a healthy dose of getupandgo Absolutely essential!
Prepare to turn the "ordinary" into the "extraordinary" with your sheer awesomeness.
You're the gogetter type who thrives under pressure and can charm the socks off just about anyone!
Oh and you genuinely dig people and love helping them on their journey to greener pastures!
Our company vibe is all about courtesy honesty trust and respect. You'll need a work ethic that can move mountains and enough positivity to light up a room.
Oh and don't forget your driver's license—this gig involves wheels!
The Package
Basic Salary: £25000 £28000 DOE
Comms: OTE up to £40000 With a sprinkle of extra moolah for conveyancing and FS and plenty of High Fives
Hours: Work Pattern: 5 days a week 9am – 5pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:30am – 1pm
