ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Work closely with Customers and Partners to understand and translate their process capture requirements propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution. Lead functional design workshops including the creation of design specifications based on outofthebox functionality and customer requirements.

Configuration Management including CMDB (CSDM 3.0 or 4.0)

2. Experience with scoped application development.
3. 3rd party integration experience with the ServiceNow platform using:
REST
SOAP
SFTP
MID
4. Familiar with the following languages:
HTML
CSS
XML
JavaScript
AJAX
ANGULAR
5. Additional skills and experience should include:
6. Implementations of ServiceNow in multiple modules:
Core competency to CIS level in at least one additional ServiceNow module to ITSM
Service Portal design implementation and management
Integrating Request Management with 3rd party tools.
A minimum of a basic understanding of ServiceNow Discovery
Deep knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM
Courses:
ITIL Foundation
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Should have prior hands-on working experience in ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Platform Configurations and ServiceNow Scripting, Best practices Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON will be added advantage Ability to work with clients and partners directly and handle crunched timelines Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) At least 1 mainline ServiceNow Implementation Certification (Desired) Experience & Background BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc/BCA 5+ years of IT industry experience. Implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow ITIL/ServiceNow Certifications will be an added advantage. Set up standards for quality control; measure and report performance against those standards Exposure on Service Now integration protocols with other application/systems Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
