We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish speaker to work as a Booking Agent. You will be an important part of a hardworking fastgrowing team that works to improve peoples health confidence and smiles. Are you ready for the challenge

Tasks

What will you be doing

• Make calls book and confirm appointments respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients
• Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help
• Greet customers explain our product and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic help clients complete documentation if necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by calls (video and audio) email SMS or WhatsApp and live chat to ensure that our customers always are smiling
• Make sure every call/email/meeting makes our customers happy!
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate nonmedical questions
• Work with your teammates to create a positive highenergy atmosphere

Requirements

What are we looking for

• A very high level of Spanish (minimum C2) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
• A high level of English (both spoken and written)
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• You are recognized for your team spirit your proactivity and your interpersonal and writing skills
• Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus
• Previous booking experience a plus
