Job Description: EBS Recruitment Module Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a skilled EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) professional with expertise in the Recruitment Module. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing configuring and maintaining the Recruitment Module within Oracle EBusiness Suite. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the EBS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Module Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Recruitment Module within Oracle EBusiness Suite ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Recruitment Module to meet specific business needs including workflow design data structures and user interface enhancements.
- Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate the Recruitment Module with other EBS modules and thirdparty systems ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including patching troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure the stability and optimal performance of the Recruitment Module.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers on the functionality and usage of the Recruitment Module including creating documentation and conducting training sessions.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 34 years of handson experience with the Recruitment Module within Oracle EBusiness Suite.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming for customizations and data manipulation.
- Experience with system integration data migration and interface development.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or related areas (preferred).
