Job Description
Job Description:
As an Amazon Connect Architect you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions based on Amazon Connect to enhance our customer service and engagement capabilities. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Amazon Connect configurations. You will be working with the latest technologies and tools in the AWS cloud such as Amazon Connect Amazon Lex Amazon Lambda Amazon S3 Amazon DynamoDB and more.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
o Architect endtoend solutions on Amazon Connect considering scalability security and performance.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design customercentric contact flows.
Configuration and Customization:
o Implement and configure Amazon Connect instances to meet specific business needs.
o Customize contact flows integrations and other components to optimize the customer experience.
Integration with AWS Services:
o Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda S3 and DynamoDB to create seamless and efficient workflows.
o Leverage AWS SDKs to extend the capabilities of Amazon Connect through custom integrations.
Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and optimize the performance of Amazon Connect solutions to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
o Implement best practices for resource utilization and cost efficiency.
Security and Compliance:
o Ensure that Amazon Connect solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
o Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and privacy.
Documentation and Training:
o Create comprehensive documentation for Amazon Connect configurations integrations and best practices.
o Provide training to internal teams on using and managing Amazon Connect solutions.

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing solutions on Amazon Connect.
Indepth knowledge of Amazon Connect capabilities features and best practices.
Strong programming and scripting skills preferably in Python or JavaScript.
Experience with AWS services and cloudbased architectures.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing solutions on Amazon Connect.
Indepth knowledge of Amazon Connect capabilities features and best practices.
