Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Train new employees to perform product packing according to packing specifications or supervisor instructions. Create/setup schedule for injection mold operators.
- Record and analyze production data
- Complete quality audits and related production paperwork
- Monitor machine settings and material flow verification
- Communicate with all levels of operations specifically maintenance and quality
- Additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Prior machine operating experience is a plus
- Experience in injection molding manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to lead and give directions
- Must be able to read write and speak conversational English
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Computer experience is a plus
- Must be able to set priorities and work and think independently.
- Push/pull (rarely) load of finished product both push and pull with force of 70 lbs. (selfselected height) horizontal on a level indoor concrete surface
